SERVICES OFFERED

AIR IMPORT AND EXPORT DIVISION       This unit was established during 1996 with the core function to monitor the movement of cargo to and from the aircraft, identify damages to cargo, confirm the correct quantities received and to report to the client accordingly. The unit is technology driven and acknowledges the importance of real-time information to the clients and freight agents. With it's custom designed database and software the unit can supply the client with customized management information regarding import or export trends. The division has its own dedicated fleet of unmarked vehicles, which are equipped with two-way radios and in full time contact with our control room. Our dedicated staff is highly effective and trained to required ACSA and SIRA standards. All staff undergoes quarterly in house training to improve and keep standards to specific requirements. The unit has done cargo monitoring on behalf of various international and local blue chip companies and freight agents with great success over the last six years. The division service several markets, which include IT and Hi-tech industry, cell phone industry, pharmaceutical industry and even the motor industry. We received the support of all airline warehouses and therefore, where possible, will request the correct warehouse positioning to eliminate theft and damages. ARMED ESCORT DIVISION     During end of 2001 the unit, after six years of operation, became fully independent. The core function of the division is to escort and monitor cargo i.e. distribution trucks, sea freight containers or any other cargo in transit and to concentrate on the client's daily asset transfer needs. The unit is technology driven and client requested reports can be supplied on a regular basis. The division can, as part of the service, analysis trends in delivery patterns, routes taken, drivers utilized per vehicle / per client, and will also identify possible danger areas if any exist. The effectiveness of the division has proven it self over the last few years. The division has done various escorts nationally as well as escorting sensitive and high value cargo across border into Africa with great success. The division has its own dedicated fleet of unmarked vehicles. The dedicated staff is highly effective and trained to required SIRA standards. In house training is done on a regular basis to keep standards to specific requirements. To eliminate time waiting and wasting, dedicate staff can be appointed to a client upon request, which could contribute to the client's J.I.T. system. DELIVERY DIVISION   This unit was established during 1997 and started off with one delivery vehicle and currently has a fleet of nearly seven vehicles. The core function of this division is to deliver cargo to the client or other destinations under supervision and full time control. We have done cargo deliveries and served as a distribution channel with great success over the last five years. The division service several markets, which include international and local blue chip companies and freight agents. We are technology driven and has recently implemented a scanning system, with audit control features and therefore became one of the first security companies to utilize advanced technology to monitor and deliver cargo. The benefit of the scanning system is that the client can be advised about the shipment departure (via e-mail or SMS) as soon as the release is obtained from customs. This will give the client the advantage above competitors to sell the product a soon as the confirmation report is received. The division has its own dedicated fleet and the vehicles consists of various transport sizes. The vehicles are equipped with two-way radios (national coverage) and are in full time contact with our control room. The dedicated staff undergoes quarterly in house training to improve and keep standards to specific requirements. All staff is registered with the Security Industry Regulatory Authority (SIRA).
